At Acegolfs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment; if your purchase doesn't improve your game, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the golf gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our pro-shop team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
